A group of wedding creatives - small but fierce! - came together in December 2020 to bring to life this chic editorial: a New Year's Eve elopement inspired by the archives of Vogue. We wanted to strike a playful, contemporary note with our styling, using a colour palette of black, red, and lots of tonal shades of nude and pink. The bridalwear by A Lover's Thread is a combination of vintage pieces and modern embellishments, to create completely unique looks that bring together old and new. Gazelli House is a holistic skincare and treatment studio in the heart of Chelsea, in London, so we wanted this celebration to feel natural and beautiful both in style and substance - fabulous, inside and out. The balloons are eco-friendly, the ingredients of the grazing table are all locally sourced, the desserts and cakes are all vegan - and every element is a homage to the talents of small businesses. It's all about celebrating in a mindful way, being present with a small group of loved ones, and enjoying the good, wholesome luxuries of life. We believe 2021 is going to be the year of meaningful maximalism in the wedding industry, and we're HERE for it.
